Rent or own
The difference shows up the day you stop paying.
Cancel a website builder
Your site goes offline.
The monthly fee is rent. Your pages, your shop, and your content stay on their platform, and leaving means starting over.
Cancel your plan with me
Nothing happens to your site.
It keeps running on your own account at no cost. I remove my access, and you handle updates yourself from then on.
What you get
A real site, designed for you, that you can run without me.
- A design that’s yoursMade around your work and your audience, not picked from a template gallery.
- Pages that load fastLightweight static pages that open in well under a second, on phones too.
- Edit it yourselfChange text, images, prices, and posts in a visual editor. You get invited by email, no developer account needed.
- Commissions and salesCommission request forms with file uploads, checkout through Stripe or Square, and galleries for your work.
- A guide to running itHow to edit, how to publish, and how any other developer could take it over.
How a project runs
No deposit. You pay when the site matches what we agreed on.
- We agree on a written scopeWhat the site includes, what it doesn’t, and when it’s due.
- You set up your accountsDomain, Cloudflare, and GitHub in your name. I walk you through it and you invite me in.
- I design and buildYou see it on a private preview link, with two rounds of revisions included.
- You accept and payOnce it matches the scope, you pay the build fee in full.
- It goes live on your domainThen I step out, or stay on under a management plan if you’d like.
Pricing
One price for the build. Ongoing help is optional and separate.

Help after launch
Plans pay for my time, never for hosting. Cancel whenever you like and your site keeps running.
- Self-managed
- $0
- The default. You own everything, I remove my access, and you keep the guide.
- Care
- $25 a month
- Monitoring, backups, updates, keeping forms and checkout working, small content changes each month, and email support. Or $250 a year.
- Partner
- $75 a month
- Everything in Care, plus about two hours of new work each month for pages, features, or seasonal updates, with faster replies. Or $750 a year.
Separate from my fees: your domain renewal (usually around $15 a year) and the card processing fees Stripe or Square charge on each sale.
Questions
Is hosting really free?
Yes. Your site runs on Cloudflare’s free plan under your own account, which has no bandwidth limit for a static site like this. If that ever changed, the site can move to another host in an afternoon because you own all of it.
What happens if you stop working on websites?
Your site keeps running. Everything is on your accounts and built with standard tools, and the guide you get explains how another developer can pick it up.
Can I update the site without you?
Yes. You edit text, images, and posts in a visual editor, and changes appear on the live site within a couple of minutes.
Why no deposit?
Because you should only pay for a site that matches what we agreed on. You review it on a private preview, and the build fee is due once you accept it. The site goes live after payment.
I already sell through Square at events. Can the site use it?
Yes. Your online shop can sync with your existing Square account, so you keep one set of products and one payout account. Syncing inventory is quoted separately, based on the size of your catalog.
Do you use AI?
As a tool, yes. It speeds up the routine parts of building, which is how custom work fits these prices. The design, decisions, and final review are mine.
Tell me what you make.
Send a short note: what you make, what the site needs to do, and a link to your current site if you have one. I reply within two business days.
